CHEFS – ANDY
Andy has extensive knowledge of rustic, country style dishes, having been the Head Chef at the Hare and Hounds at Charlton Down for 6 years. Since learned his craft at catering college in Hampshire, Andy’s been at home in the kitchen for 19 years, perfecting and refining his skills. Nothing beats his specialty wellingtons, fusing the rich, traditional flavours of game and aromatic fruits, encased in perfectly golden shortcrust pastry.
Andy has catered for the likes of Geri Halliwell and Stuart Pearce, and today wins over our clients with his warm manner, soft charm and welcoming smile.

CHEFS – DAN
Always adventurous and tinkering with new ideas, Dan lends his 12 years experience in the industry to our menu designs and product creation. His career has taken him to Australia and New Zealand, learning traditional dishes and bringing his unique style to fusion food. In 2020, Dan worked as a consultant in Queensland, Australia, teaching a team how to run kitchens, before returning to the UK as Head Chef at the Tencreek Holiday Park in Cornwall, and later the Polochar Hotel in South Uist, Scotland.
Among his customers has been world famous DJ Fat Boy Slim, and today takes the lead on our wedding and corporate clients, menu development and business relations.
Bridger Brothers Catering provides a high standard, professional and bespoke catering service across South Wales and the west country. We specialise in fine dining, British and European cuisine, with influences from Oceania and South America.
We’re available to book for weddings, events, birthdays and corporate functions, with individually curated menus for each client. We pride ourselves on using local, sustainable and ethically sourced ingredients wherever possible.
We sometimes travel further afield for large functions, so do get in touch with your dates and questions – we love turning peoples’ ideas into reality!
